Make the most of your time pre-test and relax

Preparing for test day

The night before the test is a time to make sure you: have everything ready, know how you are going to get to the test venue and to relax.

You need to get a good night’s sleep so don’t stay up too late studying or worrying about what is going to happen.

Try to do something which will help you to relax such as having a bath, doing some exercise, reading or doing some sort of craft activity.
