Jeff is passionate about empowering organisations to create loyalty and advocacy in their staff and customers. He believes that by treating others as we would want to be treated, companies can grow faster, improve quality and efficiency, and better achieve their long-term purpose.
Jeff has held positions in consulting, management, strategy, innovation, and product development. After beginning his career in start-ups, Jeff joined Bain & Company, a top-tier global consulting firm, where he led transformational change in a broad array of sectors including telecommunications, consumer products, retail, and mining. It was at Bain that Jeff first learned about NPS. Fortunate enough to study with some of the leading thinkers in the company that invented the NPS score and system, he was part of the team supporting the implementation of NPS at Telstra – still the largest NPS transformation in Australia.
After Bain, Jeff was the Head of Consumer Portfolio Development for Australia Post, where he led customer strategy and horizon 2 consumer innovation. Jeff was responsible for both the development of market-leading consumer propositions and the acceleration of Post’s increasingly customer-centric and agile culture. He led the company’s implementation of NPS in its parcel delivery fleet, today known as the ‘One Team’ program. Jeff is currently working with Bedre Consulting helping to design and implement a 5-year strategic plan for a large emergency services provider.
