The Occupational English Test (OET) opens a new test venue in South Africa with International House Johannesburg.
OET, the English language test for healthcare professionals, will be available at the new venue from 7 December 2019.
OET (the Occupational English Test) is an Australian-developed English language test that assesses the language proficiency of healthcare professionals. It provides assessment of all four language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking – through test material designed to reflect real healthcare scenarios.
Maloba Mbuya, Centre Exams Manager said: “Taking OET leads to more than registering and working in the health sector, it’s an opportunity to start a new chapter in your life.”
OET COO, Richard Brown, said “We are committed to meeting the increasing demand for OET within South Africa and are pleased to be partnering with IH Johannesburg to open our third test venue in the country.”
