OET CEO, Sujata Stead and Marketing Manager, Janeen Gardiner visited New Zealand on an OET Roadshow in May.
Representatives from organisations including language schools, healthcare educators and the major health regulators attended two events held in Auckland and Wellington to find out more about the latest developments at OET.
Sujata traveled around the country to hold face to face meetings with a further 15 organisations in Auckland, Wellington, Dunedin and Christchurch, including Government departments, universities, healthcare recruiters and language schools.
She said: “We have five excellent test venues in New Zealand. Already accepted by all the major healthcare regulators, OET is now being recognised by a growing number of organisations. It was a pleasure to meet representatives from so many organisations in person to find out how we can work together to improve the language proficiency of internationally-trained healthcare professionals.”
