Do your patients always agree with you?

Healthcare professionals speak to and treat many patients every day. However, each patient is unique. This is no truer than when this comes to following your recommendations.

Some patients will happily follow your advice and instructions. Others will argue with you and will not do what you suggest.

The English language uses a number of different words to measure level of agreements and disagreements. Take the Quiz below to see if you know what each is.
